Can I use Discovery Dollars on any hotel or cruise?
You can use your Discovery Dollars on a specific selection of participating hotels worldwide and cruises offered through the Rewards program, although not all resorts, hotels, cruises or tours are available. There are regular updates made to the site including additional hotel and cruise inventory and prices. Please logon to the site to see the extensive selections available or call 1300 536 158 (AU), or 0800 969 080 (NZ).
Can I pay for the whole amount using my Discovery Dollars?
No. You may utilise you’re available Discovery Dollars only up to the 'Max Savings" displayed on the site.
Can I use Discovery Dollars on eGift Cards, attractions and experiences?
No. You cannot use your Discovery Dollars on the discounted eGift Cards, attractions and experiences. They are available to you at a discounted price and payable by major credits cards at checkout.
How do the Discovery Dollars work?
Discovery Dollars may be used for part payment towards hotel stays and cruises, as displayed on the website.
What is the value of a Discovery Dollar?
A Discovery Dollar is equivalent to a real dollar.
How long do I have to use my Discovery Dollars?
Discovery Dollars are valid for 12 months from the date of activation, with the ability to book travel for an additional 12 months. The Lifestyle by Wyndham Lite membership will be valid for 12 months from the date of sign up and will be renewed for an additional 12 months if a ‘top up’ $1,000 Travel Voucher is issued prior to the membership expiring.
As the Lifestyle by Wyndham Lite program enables members to earn and redeem dollars through various ways expiry dates may differ. The expiry date of Discovery Dollars will be displayed within your account online upon login. To use your Discovery Dollars you must book your hotel or cruise prior to the expiry, however you can travel any time after this date subject to availability.
Can I use my Discovery Dollars on additional travel products?
No. Your Discovery Dollars are only available to use on the specified selection of hotels and cruises.
Can I use all my Discovery Dollars together, to take my children or friends on holiday with me?
Yes. You can book multiple hotel rooms or cruise cabins utilising your Discovery Dollars up to the maximum savings displayed against each deal.
Does the website have "live" pricing?

You may attend another Wyndham presentation to be gifted a ‘top up’ $1,000 Travel Voucher.
What are the steps to redeem a ‘top up’ $1,000 Travel Voucher?
1. Sign In to lifestylebywyndham.com and click Travel Voucher
2. Click on Discovery Dollars at the top of the page
3. Add the Authorisation Code found on the Top up Voucher
4. Your account will be credited with the amount stated on this voucher!
Please note: The Authorisation Code on the Top-Up $1,000 Travel Voucher can only be used once per guest. Discovery Dollars are valid for 12 months from date of activation.

All Club Wyndham Owners, Discovery by Wyndham Members and employees can join Lifestyle by Wyndham for free. Lifestyle by Wyndham Lite is a limited membership of Lifestyle by Wyndham. The Lifestyle by Wyndham Lite Travel Voucher is issued by Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific Pty Ltd ACN 090 083 613 and will only be issued for the attendance of a Club Wyndham South Pacific presentation.
Lifestyle by Wyndham Lite travel vouchers will be issued in ‘Discovery Dollars’. Discovery Dollars have no resale value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Discovery Dollars have an expiry period of 12 months from the date of issue as recorded on your voucher.
The Lifestyle by Wyndham Lite Travel Voucher will not be transferable or redeemable for cash and is intended for the sole use of the person(s) in whose name it is issued. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed reward vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
The maximum amount of Discovery Dollars available to spend on each product is determined by the category of holiday product selected, and shall be displayed on the website within each specific search result, which is determined by the search criteria entered, or advised by a Lifestyle By Wyndham Lite Consultant.
When booking cruises or travel with Lifestyle by Wyndham Lite, you acknowledge and accept to abide by these terms and conditions as well as those issued by the cruise and travel supplier with who you have booked. We strongly advise you review the supplier’s terms and conditions and any relevant product disclosure statements carefully before confirming your booking.

eGift Cards
Please refer to the individual terms, conditions and guidelines of the purchase and use of each item prior to purchase. Multiple eGift cards may be purchased online, to a maximum value of AU$2,000 per month, for each Lifestyle by Wyndham membership; on David Jones eGift cards, a maximum of AU$5,000 per year. The resale of a discounted eGift card is strictly prohibited. eGift Cards will be delivered by email within 24 hours of completing the order.
